 Dina Beavers is a former educator who transitioned from the classroom to learning and development. She now serves as a Training Coordinator in food manufacturing, building frontline capability through onboarding, skills training, and structured on-the-job learning.

She partners with subject matter experts to design instructor led, virtual, and         e-learning experiences that drive performance and reinforce standard work. Dina maintains training records and skill matrices, aligns programs to safety and quality standards, and embeds continuous improvement through practical tools.

Her L&D expertise spans onboarding design, instructional design, facilitation, performance-based training, and distilling complex work into clear job aids. Passionate about rapid adult learning in real-world settings, she creates simple, usable, and measurable training that brings a teacher's clarity and practitioner's bias for action to every program.

Dina also champions educators exploring new careers, helping them identify transferable skills and realistic transition paths. She authored Teacher Tired: Why They Left and Their New Careers, sharing 60+ candid stories and insights for teachers considering a pivot (available on Amazon in paperback and e-book).

As both a strategic advisor and practical transformation partner, Pamela has guided senior executives and teams through large-scale change, helping organizations improve agility, accountability, decision-making, workforce alignment, and change adoption. Her work integrates organizational diagnostics, spans and layers analysis, talent architecture, leadership development, and workforce analytics to identify structural inefficiencies, capability gaps, and opportunities for sustainable performance improvement.

She has also developed organizational readiness frameworks, executive dashboards, stakeholder engagement strategies, and leadership enablement approaches to support transformation, AI adoption, and future-of-work readiness.

As a Certified Professional Coach, Pamela brings a human-centered, developmental lens to her work. Pamela holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Stony Brook University, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Thomas Edison State University, and a Graduate Certificate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School. She also holds credentials in change management, organizational design, and executive leadership, including Certified Professional Coach, Prosci ADKAR, New York University, and McKinsey.
