Her HR experience spans M&A integrations, project management, talent management, and consulting. She focuses on aligning people processes and strategy to drive meaningful results.
She passionately believes in education's transformative power, delivered not just through traditional classrooms but via diverse pathways like hands on experience, peer learning, and self-directed growth. Meet Dina
Dina Beavers is a former educator who transitioned from the classroom to learning and development. She now serves as a Training Coordinator in food manufacturing, building frontline capability through onboarding, skills training, and structured on-the-job learning.
She partners with subject matter experts to design instructor led, virtual, and e-learning experiences that drive performance and reinforce standard work. Dina maintains training records and skill matrices, aligns programs to safety and quality standards, and embeds continuous improvement through practical tools.
Her L&D expertise spans onboarding design, instructional design, facilitation, performance-based training, and distilling complex work into clear job aids. Passionate about rapid adult learning in real-world settings, she creates simple, usable, and measurable training that brings a teacher's clarity and practitioner's bias for action to every program.
Dina also champions educators exploring new careers, helping them identify transferable skills and realistic transition paths.
